Club de Yates Palmira Topolobampo ("the Marina"), located in Topolobampo, Ahome, Sinaloa, Mexico, is responsible for the personal data you provide, in accordance with Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
Through our reservation and contact forms we collect: name, phone, email and vessel information (name, type, length and dates of stay). We do not collect sensitive personal data through this site.
We use your data to: (1) process your reservation, quote or information request; (2) contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email; (3) manage your stay at the marina; and (4) with your consent, send you information about Marina services and events.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation or objection (ARCO), or withdraw consent, by writing to Contacto.topolobampo@marinapalmira.com.mx or calling +52 (668) 197-9399.
Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It is stored in access-restricted customer management systems and kept only as long as necessary for the purposes described.
